Welcome to the website of our 2014 Fulbright-Hays Group Project Abroad
السلام عليكم We are a group of twelve K-12 teachers and aspiring teachers who believe in the importance of educating our students using culturally responsive teaching practices. Throughout the course of our journey we have created a variety of products that we wanted to share with you our colleagues. We hope that you find these useful in your classrooms.
In total, our group has created six curriculum units that address a variety of grade levels and subject areas, created individual digital ethnographies detailing our observations and new cultural understandings, and perhaps most importantly we have established a network of Moroccan educator counterparts with whom we hope to continue to the conversation and collaborate with in digital classrooms that transcend borders.
